YES!! Have fun with the new collar, bow, Sera Myu seams, eternal choker, improved transparent skirts and hair decoration!
ALSO: fixed the bug where the background banners wouldn't enlarge (only affects those with smaller screens).
Only one windows version from now on. The 64 bit version was causing more trouble than it's worth.

REPORTED BUGS to be fixed with the next update (this weekend hopefully):
- Collar gradient not working
- Costume tab too long for smaller screens

Place it in the data folder. That will fix the collar gradient problem.
